Surface Grinding Machine Sourcing procurement articles

Notes for buyers preparing a surface grinding machine RFQ. These articles are checklists, not laboratory certificates and not manufacturer publications.

Decision resources

Machine Selection

Surface Grinding Machine Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. We help buyers match surface grinding machine factories, compare wholesale quotations and coordinate RFQs. We do not manufacture grinders, hold inventory or operate as a brand-appointed reseller.

Trial sequence

Representative sample
Send the actual workpiece alloy, hardness, stock to remove and the fixture or magnetic chuck that will hold it, not a coupon that ignores distortion.
Demonstration
Record wheel specification, dressing method, coolant condition and total cycle time including dressing, not only table speed on a short spark-out.
Acceptance record
Measure size, flatness and surface finish after the part has cooled, using the buyer’s inspection method, then keep those readings with the wheel and dressing settings.
